1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to RishtayWaly, published by inexol. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the app, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and intended use
RishtayWaly is intended for adults who are legally allowed to use a matrimonial or relationship-discovery service in their location. You must not use RishtayWaly if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must use the service only for lawful matrimonial and social discovery purposes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity through your account. You must not impersonate another person, create a misleading profile, use another person's information without permission, or create an account for any unlawful purpose.
4. Community standards
Respect is required on RishtayWaly. You must not harass, threaten, scam, spam, discriminate against, exploit, abuse, stalk, deceive, or endanger another person. You must not send unsolicited commercial messages, request money through deception, or share content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
You must not create, upload, request, share, promote, or distribute content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. This includes all CSAE and CSAM. Violations may lead to immediate content removal, account suspension or deactivation, evidence preservation where required, and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Your content and communications
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile details, images, and messages. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You must not upload another person's photos or personal information without their permission. We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content when necessary to operate the service, investigate reports, protect users, or comply with law.
6. Reports, blocking, and moderation
You can report profiles and conversations through the clearly labeled in-app Report controls. You can separately block another user; blocked users are removed from discovery and cannot send messages to you. We may review reports and take appropriate action, including content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, account deactivation, or referral to authorities where required. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of every report for privacy and security reasons.
7. Subscriptions and paid features
Paid features or subscriptions, where available, are offered according to the package shown in the app. Access may depend on payment confirmation, account status, platform rules, and applicable refund policies. Purchases processed through a third-party app store are also subject to that store's terms and billing rules.
8. Service availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, policies, safety rules, or pricing when needed. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, technical issues, platform requirements, or legal obligations. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or result in a match or relationship.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, deactivate accounts, or take other action when you violate these terms, our safety standards, applicable law, or create risk for others. You may stop using RishtayWaly at any time.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
RishtayWaly provides a platform for introductions and communication. We do not verify every statement, identity, image, or interaction made by users, and you are responsible for using your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, inexol is not responsible for user conduct, offline interactions, or losses arising from reliance on information provided by another user.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
