1. Our safety commitment
RishtayWaly is designed for adults seeking lawful matrimonial and social discovery. We are committed to maintaining a respectful environment where people can introduce themselves, communicate, and make decisions at their own pace.
We do not tolerate harassment, hate, threats, scams, sexual exploitation, impersonation, or content and behaviour that puts people at risk. Safety is a shared responsibility between RishtayWaly and every member of the community.
2. Community standards
All members must treat one another with honesty, dignity, and respect. You must not use RishtayWaly to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, shame, abuse, or discriminate against another person.
- Impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or use someone else's information or photo without permission.
- Request money, financial details, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive information through deception or pressure.
- Share illegal, fraudulent, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content.
- Use the service to recruit, traffic, groom, exploit, or endanger another person.
3. Protect your profile and personal information
Only share information you are comfortable making visible to other RishtayWaly users. Use a strong password, do not share login credentials, and be careful when moving a conversation away from the app.
4. Meeting safely
RishtayWaly cannot supervise interactions outside the app. If you choose to meet someone, use your best judgment. Take time to get to know the person, tell someone you trust about your plans, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.
Do not rely only on profile details or online messages when making an important personal decision. You are responsible for your own choices and should seek independent advice where appropriate.
5. Reporting and blocking
Report and Block are available in the RishtayWaly mobile app from relevant profiles and conversations. Select Report to choose a reason and add optional details for our safety team. Select Block to immediately stop interaction with that member. A block is applied without waiting for an administrator: the member is removed from your discovery and interaction experience and cannot send messages to you.
Your Safety Centre in the app shows the people you have reported or blocked. You can withdraw your own report or unblock a person there; unblocking may make the profile available again if no other safety restriction applies. We receive submitted report details for review, but we do not disclose every review outcome because doing so may affect another person's privacy or safety.

6. Review and enforcement
We review reports and may take action based on the available information, our policies, and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, limiting features, issuing warnings, suspending or deactivating accounts, preserving information where legally required, and reporting matters to relevant authorities when appropriate.
We may not be able to share the outcome of every report, because doing so could affect the privacy, safety, or security of others. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is not allowed.
7. Child safety
RishtayWaly is intended for adults. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, sextorts, endangers, or harms a child.
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with our published standards and applicable law. Read our complete Child Safety Standards for the designated contact and reporting process.
8. Immediate danger
If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. RishtayWaly is not an emergency-response service and cannot replace law-enforcement, medical, or crisis-support services.
