RishtayWaly – Rishta App is strictly for users aged 18 or older. Minors are prohibited from registering, creating a profile, or using any part of the service. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be restricted or removed.

Explicit prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

RishtayWaly – Rishta App explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate any content, communication, profile, account, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, traffics, sextorts, sexualizes, or harms a child.

We act on reportsWhen we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we review and take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, restricting access, suspending or permanently banning accounts, and preserving relevant information where legally required.

We report confirmed CSAMWe maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required by applicable law.

In-app reportingUsers can select Report on a profile and choose child safety, under-18 user, grooming or sexual exploitation, inappropriate content, harassment, fake profile, or another concern. Reports are submitted inside the app for review.
